K-line
K-Line Guitars crafts classic style electric guitars from the ground up using hand selected woods, top-notch hardware, and K-Line hand wound pickups. In addition to being great-playing instruments, K-Line Guitars are aesthetically accurate in their colors and classic style components, and the body and hardware can be lightly distressed to resemble a gently aged closet classic, moderately distressed to capture the vibe of a stage-worn relic, or brand new non-aged.
Tokai became known for instruments inspired by many of the most sought-after American guitar designs. Models like the Springy Sound, Breezy Sound, and Love Rock earned a reputation among players for being of equal quality to the most revered 50s and 60s American instruments, and far-surpassing what was available from American factories in the 1970s.
Today, Tokai continues to build guitars in Hamamatsu, carrying forward a manufacturing tradition that spans nearly eight decades.
LsL Instruments was founded in 2008 by Lance and Lisa Lerman after Lance returned to California from several years working in furniture manufacturing overseas. Drawing on his earlier experience repairing and building instruments, Lance set out to create the vintage-style T-style guitar he had always wanted. The first T Bone received an enthusiastic response from respected guitarist Tommy Kay, helping launch the company. Today, LsL focuses on handcrafted guitars designed to feel inspiring, personal, and built for serious players.
